AI Content Engineering Experience
As a Senior AI Content Engineer with GlobalLogic on a Google project, I evaluated AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, tone, usefulness, bias, and alignment with source-based information. This work included reviewing model responses, identifying hallucinations and inconsistencies, and improving AI-generated outputs through careful content evaluation.
This experience strengthened my ability to analyze AI responses from both a content-quality and user-experience perspective. It also developed my skills in prompt and response evaluation, research-based content review, AI safety awareness, and user-centered communication.
Featured HCI Research Project: Companion Chatbot Safety Study
This Human-Computer Interaction research project examined how companion chatbots respond to crisis-related language. The study compared two Figma chatbot prototypes: one with a generic, unsafe response and one with safer UX features, including crisis recognition, emotional awareness, and guidance on emergency resources.
The project included chatbot response design, AI content evaluation, prompt and response analysis, survey-based usability testing, participant feedback, and results analysis. The findings showed that chatbot responses that included crisis recognition and emergency resource guidance were rated as safer, more helpful, and more appropriate than generic reassurance responses.

This study explored how UX design choices can improve the safety of AI chatbots. The research focused on whether emotional awareness, crisis recognition, and emergency-resource guidance could create a more appropriate user experience during sensitive or crisis-related interactions.

Key Outcome
This portfolio work demonstrates my ability to combine AI content evaluation, writing, UX research, content strategy, and human-centered design to improve digital experiences. My GlobalLogic experience gave me hands-on practice evaluating AI-generated responses, while my HCI chatbot safety study allowed me to apply that knowledge to a research-based UX project focused on safer conversational AI.
